Addition of Digital Storage to the Dexxon-Data Media Group Expands Upon Goal to be the Worldwide Leader of Data Storage Media, Devices & Accessories

LEWIS CENTER, OHIO - June 30, 2003 - The Dexxon-Data Media Group (Paris, FRANCE) announced today the acquisition of Digital Storage, Inc. (Lewis Center, OH, USA) from Daisytek International. The relationship of these companies dates back to 1987 when an alliance was created to assist in the worldwide distribution of data storage products and the sharing of knowledge.

As a result of the acquisition, Dave Burke has been named Executive Vice President of Finance and Chris Emery will assume the role of Executive Vice President of Sales. Babak Sarshar has been appointed President of North American Operations and will provide organizational support.
