Digital Storage is a specialty distributor of storage products and accessories for the IT marketplace. Product offerings include backup tape media and drives, imaging products, optical disks, cables, consumer electronics and accessories. Digital Storage serves Value Added Resellers, Direct Marketers, Office Products Dealers and E-tailers.

Primary duties include outbound prospecting of leads, qualifying and obtaining new customers, providing customers with knowledge of the different brand offerings available, quoting current pricing, and quick response customer service. The goal is to maximize our sales opportunities while effectively developing relationships and repetitive sales opportunities. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales Performance. The earning potential for this position is significant with new revenue attainment. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assisting prospects and customers during their evaluation process to closing the sale - Proactively call into decision maker levels within prospective companies - Enter profile information into database and document new product opportunities- Follow-up and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, and online inquiries – Research prospects and customers web sites and other pertinent sources of information - Develop a rapport and a team approach with our sales team - Develop and grow sales to the company's current needs.

Requirements - Fervor for selling with a fun and consultative selling approach - Proven record of accomplishment and achievement of sales goals - Knowledge of computer technology - Knowledge of imaging supplies, IT supplies and or office products , preferred. – Experience selling to the Business Reseller Channel preferred - - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high-energy, well organized, team player - Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment - Must know Microsoft Office, email, etc. Educational requirements minimum two year degree.
